I had such a great experience. My car broke down and Reese saved the day. He was such a nice person and made sure my car was taken care of!!! He towed it to my home for me. He was right on time. He said 20 minutes and 20 minutes it was!!!! Thank you Reese!!!!

Incredibly kind dispatch and drivers! Called about 20 towing companies in the Raleigh area in the wee hours of the morning while stranded with a flat tire and without a spare, and Barbour's was one of the only "24 hour" companies to even answer, the only one with a short turnaround time, and had reasonable pricing quotes. Their dispatch operator (I think she said her name was Jenny?) was kind, explained everything well, professional, and overall gave great customer service. The tow driver I was connected with was equally as professional and added to the positive experience with Barbour's during a stressful time.

Mike B. dropped off my car a few months ago after an accident where someone else was using my vehicle. I didn't have much info or idea of what happened or what to do. Mike explained everything that he knew on his end and gave suggestions on what he would do next. Couldn't have been more thankful for our interaction. Definitely will be using them again in the future (hopefully won't have to).

I needed a tow around 2 pm today. Called AAA and 7 hours went by without them doing anything. I called Barbour and within the hour they had a really nice technician named Reese come and help us out. He was really kind and did a really great job. Very impressed!!

I want to give a shout out to Bryan N, he did an amazing job towing my new-to-me classic car off of some farm property. He took all the extra precautions and treated the car like it was his baby, and that's after he drove around looking for me for 30 mins because I accidentally gave him the wrong address. After we dropped the car off I accidentally tipped him too much cash and he gave me the overage back. As long as Barbour has Bryan working there, they are who I'll be using for any tow in the future. Professional, skilled, good at his job and a good dude.

On Sunday July 23 I had made a tow to Holly Springs NC and had a fuel filter issue. The service technician came to my location quickly and had me back on the road quickly. He brought me a extra filter just in case I had any further issues on the way home. The technician was supper nice and knowledgeable. Highly recommended.

Fast and courteous

On the way to Myrtle Beach my vehicle had a flat tire on I-95 South about 10:00PM. After hours on the phone with AAA and several other private companies, Mike B. responded to tow us to Sam's Club for a tire replacement. After sitting on the roadside for 7 hours waiting for assistance from AAA Mike was a godsend. He was extremely kind and courteous and very professional with towing my vehicle. My two children and I can not thank him enough for his assistance and would not hesitate to recommend him and Barbour's for roadside assistance.

Reese did the most perfect job handling my car which is lowered, thank you!

My son’s car had to be towed today from Pool Rd to Corporation Prkwy. The tow truck driver was very professional and polite. “K”( the name on his shirt) was there in less than 30 minutes from the time we called in and worked skillfully as to not cause any damage to the vehicle. And he smiled. Have never seen a tow truck driver do that before. Thank you “K” for shining a little light on a troublesome day. I also want to thank the dispatcher for her politeness and professionalism and the guy that stopped to check on my son, Grip, whom gave us the number to call and recommended Barbour towing.
